Time to build some running legs in a 100-mile month! It sounds so simple, but I’ve picked the shortest month of the year and will need to average 3.58 miles per day to meet this target.

Writing this fresh off the back of a local Boxing Day 10k, I’m feeling relatively confident on putting a big tick next to this challenge!

Running was always my go to medicine when feeling stressed or when I needed space. I love the simplicity and the spontaneity of running. It’s a great way to explore your home town or community and you can work it in to a routine easily enough.

I’ll be run-commuting, hockey playing and fun-running my way to this target, while roping in (though hopefully they willingly volunteer!) as many friends, teammates and people as possible!
